Ever wanted to play a good browser-based game? You know, one you don’t have to be constantly looking at just to refrain from dieing and losing everything? Well that’s a browser-based game! Some of them only require 5 minutes a day of checking out (exceptions for these kind of sites is when you start out). But then there are others that you could very well be on for an hour, checking out stuff and upgrading other things.
- The first game that I will introduce you to is a very fun game – mostly when you go to war. But I wouldn’t suggest it until you have a good alliance and country. This game you develope your own nation including: technology, infrastructure, military, and even your economy. This site game is called Cyber Nations.
- The second game I will be telling you about is a bit different. It’s called Galava, and in this particular game you make your own empire. Starting off with your first province you try to earn progression points and advanced so you can unlock new things such as new provinces, universities, military units, etc.
- Next is an alright game. I go on for a couple of minutes whenever I’m bored, and remember it. It’s called Dark Throne and it’s the same as the previous two pretty much. In this game you start by selecting your race and type. I suggest Human Fighter for Offense and Elf Cleric for Defense. In the game you build your armies by earning money and spending it to train citizens. I wouldn’t suggest this game to many however, but it’s fun to waste time on if you know how to play it.
- And last but definantly not least, the game on this list that I spend the most of my time on…Evony! Evony is a game where you start off on any server you choose with a blank city. You add and upgrade structures using resources and build up your pristege. I’d suggest starting on your army on the 7th day – when your beginners protection ends, but by then you should have a feel of the game, as well as the resources to afford some good troops. Starting soldiers would be Warriors – buy them at first. Do not buy Pikeman, Cavalry, etc. They eat up food and die very quickly. Swordsman and Archers win wars.
